Resolution No. 2004-026 RDA, Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro Authorizing a License Agreement with the Masonic Temple Association of San Leandro (provides continued use of Agency owned property under license for a walk-in refrigerator, refuse area and footings for an exterior stairwell).(2207) D. Resolution No. 2004-178, Resolution Approving and Confirming Accounting Report for Development Fees for Street In1provements (DFSI) and Park Development Fees (accepts the Fiscal Year 2003-04 annual accounting report for Development Fees for Street Improvements and Parks Development Fees, as required by State Law AB 1600). City of San Leandro, et al (authorizes payment of $50,000 for the settlement of United States District Court, Northern Division, Case No. C 03 4756 PJH ADR and negotiation of the pending medical lien on behalf of the plaintiff in the approximate amount of$7,500).
