This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above matter, City Manager Jermanis gave a short PowerPoint presentation providing an overview of the 2003-2004 proposed budget. City Manager Jermanis acknowledged the work of the City Council Finance Committee in reviewing the budget and reporting out to the full Council. Councilmember Santos commented on the Video Arroyo Program, asking if local businesses could air their in-house educational programming on Channel 15. City Manager Jermanis noted staffwill explore the expanded use of Channel 15 in the upcoming year and bring ideas to the Council.
