Resolution NQ. 2002-4, Resolution Appointing Member to Rent Review Board <br />(Tenant Representative) - Lizzie Brown. (2507) <br /> <br />M/S/C Grant and Badger. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 <br /> <br />The City Clerk administered the Oath of Office to Board Member Brown. <br /> <br />C. Resolution No. 2002-5, Resolution Appointing Member to Rent Review Board <br />(Tenant Representative) - Millicent Miles. (2507) <br /> <br />M/S/C Grant and Badger. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 <br /> <br />The City Clerk administered the Oath of Office to Board Member Miles. <br /> <br />D. Presentation by Doug Siden, Board Member, East Bay Regional Park District, <br />Regarding Their March 2, 2002, Ballot Measure to Fund Four Major Areas: <br />Environmental Maintenance, Public Safety, Resource ProtectionlRestoration, and <br />Public Access. <br /> <br />Doug Siden, Board Member of the East Bay Regional Park District (EBRPD), <br />gave a presentation regarding the ballot measure to be considered in March. City <br />Council members had questions regarding the Oyster Bay Master Plan. Mr. Siden <br />indicated that a lawsuit filed by Waste Management delayed EBRPD from moving <br />forward with the plan. He indicated they are now proceeding with scheduled <br />Phases II and III of the Master Plan. <br /> <br />City Council discussion ensued regarding their desire to see a commitment from <br />East Bay Regional Park District to complete the Oyster Bay Master Plan. Council <br />expressed a desire for a Work Session regarding the Oyster Bay Master Plan. <br />
