Lou Filipovich, 15376 Laverne Drive, addressed the City Council stating that <br />Council Members are not answering his questions and his remarks are not <br />recorded but asking who makes up the shortfall if funding for this program is <br />insufficient. <br /> <br />City Manager Jemlanis indicated that this is a demonstration project and only grant <br />money will be expended on it. <br /> <br />The following Resolution was then introduced: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2002-66, Resolution Approving an Agreement Betwecn the <br />Alameda County Waste Management Authority and the City of San Leandro lor <br />Implementation of a Residential Foodwaste Collection Program, as well as a <br />$100,000 Budgetary Adjustment for Program Expenditures.
