(2888) <br /> <br />M/S/C Grant and Nardine. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 <br /> <br />B. Matter of Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro Review or the <br />Redevelopment Plan and Implementation Plan and Evaluation of the Progress ofthc <br />Plaza Redevelopment Project (provides for public review of and comment on the <br />progress of the Plaza Project Area Redevelopment and Implementation Plan, as <br />required by Health and Safety Code Section 33490). <br /> <br />This being the time and place [or the Public Hearing on the above matter, Luke <br />Sims, Business Development Manager, gave a presentation outlining the program <br />and language changes [or the Redevelopment project area. <br /> <br />The Hearing was then opened to the public. <br /> <br />Lou Filipovich, 15376 Laverne Drive, addressed the City Council about low-cost <br />housing mandates and said that he feels residents need a Public Advocate's Office. <br /> <br />There being no further comments from the public, and without opposition, the <br />Public Hearing was closed. <br /> <br />The following Resolution was then introduced: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2002-7, Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />San Leandro Approving an Amendment to the Plaza Redevelopment <br />Implementation Plan.
