Resolution Designating Authorized Agent for City Cali lamia Earthquake Safety and <br />Building Rehabilitation Bond Act of 1990. <br /> <br />Council Member Loemer stated the original project cost of$8.2 million to retrofit City <br />Hall, the fire stations, and the main library will near $50 million by the time the <br />projects are completed. He understands why the puhlic is upset about cost overruns. <br />
