Carol Vincent, 625 Arbor Drive, addressed the City Council and expressed <br />dissatisfaction with the regular burning on the private property adjacent to <br />Washington School. <br /> <br />G. Bob Vincent, 625 Arbor Drive, addressed the City Council and stated he <br />understands the regular burning on the private property adjacent to Washington <br />School is a religious rite but is still concerned about health issues. <br /> <br />H. Audrey Lindahl, 769 Donovan, addressed the City Council and asked Members <br />to support the neighborhood organization that would like to purchase the vacant <br />lot at Douglas Drive and Davis Street for a community garden. <br /> <br />I. Jim Bolar, 430 Breed Avenue, addressed the City Council and, on behalf of <br />about 100 residents, asked Members to support the Joint Use and Maintenance of <br />Public Facilities Agreement. <br /> <br />J. Michael Jacobowitz, 825 Collier Drive, addressed the City Council and <br />encouraged Members to support the Joint Use and Maintenance of Public Facilities <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />K. Dean Koenig, 747 Maud Avenue, addressed the City Council and encouraged <br />the City to take a lead role in increasing the quality of life for residents by <br />supporting the Joint Use and Maintenance of Public Facilities Agreement. <br /> <br />L. Derek Rinetti, 2715 Darius Way, addressed the City Council and encouraged <br />Members to support the Joint Use and Maintenance of Public Facilities Agreement <br />so the City and school districts serve the community as one entity. <br /> <br />M. Lou Filipovich, 15376 Laverne Drive, addressed the City Council and opposed <br />the Joint Use and Maintenance of Public Facilities Agreement, expressed <br />dissatisfaction with the Rules and Communications Committee higWights, and <br />questioned the pagination ofthe budget document. <br /> <br />N. Harold Perez, 2052 Vestal Court, addressed the City Council and expressed <br />concern about the noise and activities at 2079 Vestal Court and safety in his <br />neighborhood. <br /> <br />o. Heidi Finberg, San Leandro Chamber of Commerce, 262 Davis Street, <br />addressed the City Council and encouraged Members to support the Joint Use and <br />Maintenance of Public Facilities Agreement, which will increase community pride. <br />
