Public Comment: Dennis Rosucci, 13111 Neptune Dr., addressed the City Council and apologized to Mayor Young and Vice Mayor Glaze. He stated most people don't come to City Council Meetings to see how hard Council Mcmbers work at resolving issues. He commented further on thc need to put talents and energies together to come up with a plan to address airport noise issues. He expressed his support for a South Field Study Group which he feels will give a feeling of "hope" and would facilitate the creation of a plan. .John Manuel, 13122 Neptune Dr., addressed the City Council in support of a South Field Study Group and a letter to be sent to the Port of Oakland. Francois Gallo, 979 Woodland, addressed the City Council in support of the South Field Study Group. Larry Norry, 2532 Williams St., addressed the City Council in support of the South Field Study Group. waraa Aborashed, 672 Tudor, addressed the City Council in support of a South Field Study Group and encouraged the City Council to help the neighborhood help the Study Group to come up with some solutions.
