Council Member Grant reported on the Alameda Counci I Housing Commission. She <br />said information on Proposition 46, the Housing and Emergency Shelter Tmst fund <br />Act, will be forthcoming. She asked that the matter be brought to City Council for <br />endorsement at the Octobcr 21 City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Approved by consensus. <br /> <br />2. Council Member Nardine reported on the meeting of the Board of Trustees of the <br />Alameda County Mosquito Abatement District. She reported on the number oi' calls <br />from residents, including 288 requests for service in August. Council Member <br />Loefller suggested a small article go into the San Leandro Times ini'onning people <br />where to call. <br /> <br />3. Mayor Young reported that the 2002 Levels of Service (L.O.S.) summary and map <br />related to traffic issues arc now available. <br /> <br />B. Reports on City Council Committees <br /> <br />1.
