Lou Filipovich, 15376 Laverne Drive, addressed the City Council both about the September 16 City Council meeting minutes and the language in the ordinance pertaining to the City Clerk. 5. CITY MANAGER'S AND CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTS AND COMMENTS None. 6. CITY COUNCIL REPORTS A. Reports on Intergovernmental Agencies ] . Council Member Grant reported on the Alameda Counci I Housing Commission. She said information on Proposition 46, the Housing and Emergency Shelter Tmst fund Act, will be forthcoming. She asked that the matter be brought to City Council for endorsement at the Octobcr 21 City Council meeting. Approved by consensus. 2. Council Member Nardine reported on the meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Alameda County Mosquito Abatement District. She reported on the number oi' calls from residents, including 288 requests for service in August. Council Member Loefller suggested a small article go into the San Leandro Times ini'onning people where to call. 3. Mayor Young reported that the 2002 Levels of Service (L.O.S.) summary and map related to traffic issues arc now available. B. Reports on City Council Committees 1.
