Business Development Committee Meeting of September 12, 2002. Accepted as <br />submitted. <br /> <br />3. City and San Leandro Unified School District Liaison Committee Meeting of <br />September 12, 2002. Accepted as submitted. <br /> <br />4. Disaster Council Meeting of September 18, 2002. Accepted as submitted. <br /> <br />5. Financc Committee Meeting of September 17,2002. Accepted as submitted. <br /> <br />6. Rules and Communications Committee Meeting of September 26, 2002. Accepted as <br />submitted. <br /> <br />Recommendation for City Council consideration: <br />a. Standardized fonnat for and improvements to the City Council webpage. <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Glaze commented on the form to be used as a template [or <br />development of the Council website. A copy of the fonn was provided to City <br />Council members. City Council members discllssed the time frame for the process <br />to occur. <br /> <br />Approved by consensus. <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Glaze also commented on the new City Council agenda binding, <br />noting that it is both economical and environmentally better. <br /> <br />7. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />Consent Calendar items are typically routine in nature and are considered for approval by the <br />City Council with one single action. The City Council may remove items from the Consent <br />Calendar for purposes of discllssion. Items listed on the Consent Calendar are deemed to <br />have been read by title. <br /> <br />Item 7.G was removed from the Consent Calendar to New Business. The remaining <br />items on the Consent Calendar were approved as follows: <br /> <br />MlS/C Loeffler and Santos. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 <br /> <br />A. Minutes orthe Meeting of September 16,2002.
