Accepted as submitted. 5. Financc Committee Meeting of September 17,2002. Accepted as submitted. 6. Rules and Communications Committee Meeting of September 26, 2002. Accepted as submitted. Recommendation for City Council consideration: a. Standardized fonnat for and improvements to the City Council webpage. Vice Mayor Glaze commented on the form to be used as a template [or development of the Council website. A copy of the fonn was provided to City Council members. City Council members discllssed the time frame for the process to occur. Approved by consensus. Vice Mayor Glaze also commented on the new City Council agenda binding, noting that it is both economical and environmentally better. 7. CONSENT CALENDAR Consent Calendar items are typically routine in nature and are considered for approval by the City Council with one single action. The City Council may remove items from the Consent Calendar for purposes of discllssion. Items listed on the Consent Calendar are deemed to have been read by title.
