(provides for initial acceptance of subdivision improvement work <br />constructed by Roberts Landing, Inc. of one hundred seventy-eight (178) single-family <br />courtyard units in lleron Bay, Phase 3, and releasing bonds for said work). Resolution No. 2002-137, Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Project <br />Scoping Agreement with Alameda County Transportation Improvement Authority <br />(ACTIA) for ACTIA Project No. 11-1-880/Washington Avenue Interchange <br />Improvements for Measure B 2000 Capital Project Funds (fulfills requirements for the <br />City to receive funds on a reimbursement basis). Resolution No. 2002-138, Resolution approving Contractual Services Agreement with <br />Quilombo Enterprises ICM relating to supplemental field inspection services for various <br />projects (provides for supplemental field inspection services lor various capital <br />improvement projects on an as-required basis). Resolution No. 2002-139, Resolution approving the Community Development Director <br />to submit requests for reimbursement to the State Housing and Community Development <br />Department seeking reimbursement from the Downtown Rebound Planning Grant <br />Program for certain costs related to the preparation of the East 14th Street South Area <br />Development Strategy (meets the State requirement, as a condition of receiving a $50,000 <br />planning grant, that the City officially designate a staf[ member that would be authorized <br />to submit requests for reimbursement). Resolution approving Memorandum of Understanding with ATC/Vaneom, Inc. dba ATC <br />Providing for Paratransit Services (MOU provides for the provision of non-mandated <br />paratransit services to San Leandro residents through A TC while the City develops a Iong- <br />tenn strategy for use of Measure B paratransit funds).
