<br />MINUTES <br />City of San Lcandn?,qity CounciVSan Leandro Rcdcvelopmcnt Agency JZ!!,I~~,eeting-November 18,2002 <br /> <br />Pagc 11 <br /> <br />the School Liaison Committee, and larger issues the Couneil would like to have <br />addressed can be agendized for the January joint meeting. <br /> <br />Council Member Nardine stated the Council's highest priority item was the proposed <br />master agreement for joint use of school facilities, which has stalled due to legal <br />issues. Council Member Nardine stressed the importance of having issues of <br />importance to the Council on the January joint meeting agenda and seek resolution on <br />those items. <br /> <br />Council Member Loeffler suggested stan'develop a matrix of the issues, and hold a <br />City Council work session in early January to come to consensus on the issues. <br />Council Member Nardine recalled at the last joint meeting with the School Board, the <br />joint maintenance agreement was presented, and the Council was asked to take a <br />position on the issue. Mayor Young suggested holding the work session the second <br />week in January before the joint meeting with the School Board. <br /> <br />2. City and San Lorenzo Unified School District Liaison Committee Meeting o[October <br />29,2002. Accepted as Submitted. <br /> <br />7. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />Consent Calendar items arc typically routine in nature and are considered for approval by the <br />City Council with one single action. The City Council may remove items from the Consent <br />Calendar for purposes of discussion. Items listed on the Consent Calendar are deemed to <br />have been read by title. <br /> <br />Items 7.B. and 7.e. were removed from the Consent Calendar to New Business. The <br />remaining items on the Consent Calendar were approved by the following vote: <br /> <br />MJS/C Santos and Nardine. Ayes: 6; Noes: 0; Absent: 1 (Grant) <br /> <br />A. Resolution No. 2002-159, resolution approving a Contractual Services Agreement with <br />East Bay Municipal Utility District to conduct sewer utility eommercial account billing <br />services effective July 1, 2003 (approval of agreement with East Bay Municipal Utility <br />District [or billing the City's commercial sewer accounts commencing July I, 2(03). <br />(1469) <br /> <br />D. Resolution No. 2002-160, resolution approving Program Supplement No. 003-Ml to <br />Master Agreement for Federal Aid Projects--Agreement Provides Local Match to Federal <br />Funds for the State Transportation Program/Congestion Mitigation Air Quality <br />(STP/CMAQ) Street Rehabilitation Project, Project No. 01-230-38-131, Federal-Aid <br />Project No. STPL-5041 (020) (authorizes the City Manager to execute the Program <br />Supplement Agreement that accepts federal funding and obligates the City to provide <br />matching funds for the STP/CMAQ Street Rehabilitation Project to rehabilitate Callan <br />
