Resolution of the City Council of the City of San <br />Leandro Approving the Issuance of Notes, Bonds or Other Evidence of <br />Indebtedness by the California Statewide Communities Development Authority <br />for the Acquisition and Improvement of Property Located at 14801 Catalina <br />Street (Kennerley-Spratling, Inc.), San Leandro; Assessor's Parcel No. 080G- <br />0933-023-00. (2900) <br /> <br />M/S/C Santos and Galvan. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 <br /> <br />4. PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Public Comments are limited to 5 minutes per person, for a total time period of one <br />hour. When you address the City Council, you should fill out a speaker card and <br />submit it to the City Clerk so the order of speakers may be determined and an official <br />record of names and addresses obtained. The public is invited to make any comments <br />related to Agenda items, or other items of public interest, at this time. <br /> <br />A. Angie Daniell, 723 Tudor Road, addressed the City Council regarding problems <br />at 711 Tudor. <br /> <br />B. Paul Nahm, 1591 Daniels Drive, addressed the City Council regarding the <br />proposed moratorium for Bay-O- Vista. He recommended that the City Council <br />move forward with the interim moratorium until the language is completed. <br /> <br />C. Derek Rinetti, 2715 Darius Way, addressed the City Council in support of an <br />interim moratorium and supported the PC Recommendation. <br /> <br />D. Frederick A. Reicker, 2018 Marine View Drive, addressed the City Council in <br />support of the proposed moratorium. <br /> <br />E. Michelle Berntson, 20 Begier Avenue, addressed the City Council regarding how <br />she was treated when trying to volunteer for Friends of the Library recently. <br /> <br />F. Kathy Banks, 964 Hutchings Drive, addressed the City Council regarding a <br />recent article that offended her regarding panhandling in the downtown. <br /> <br />G. Mike Rawlis, 964 Hutchings Drive, addressed the City Council and suggested <br />that the City consider constructing a museum for art displays and historical objects <br />to be maintained. <br /> <br />H. Jim Ehlers, 778 Joaquin Avenue, addressed the City Council expressing concern <br />that his desire to expand his home on Joaquin will be caught up in a city-wide <br />moratorium on expansions. <br />
