Lou Filipovich, 15376 Laverne Drive, addressed the City Council stating that <br />each individual request should be acted on separately. <br /> <br />M. Kenneth Shum, 2621 West Avenue 134th, addressed the City Council In <br />opposition to a city-wide moratorium, Indicating that he has current plans In <br />progress. <br /> <br />N. Shonee Anguiano, 196 Oakes Boulevard, and Denise Silverman, addressed the <br />City Council in opposition to a city-wide moratorium. <br /> <br />O. Larry Steig, 2668 Marine View, addressed the City Council in support of the <br />proposed moratorium. <br /> <br />P. Brenda Smith, 2330 Harbor View, addressed the City Council in support of a <br />moratorium in Bay-O- Vista. <br /> <br />Q. Justin Agrella, 123114Sth Avenue, addressed the City Council in opposition to a <br />city-wide moratorium. <br /> <br />R. Jesus Alcala, 1240 Drake Avenue, addressed the City Council in opposition to a <br />City-wide moratorium. <br /> <br />5. CITY MANAGER'S REPORT AND COMMENTS <br /> <br />The City Manager noted that he will look into the concerns expressed regarding 711 <br />Tudor and will report back to the City Council regarding the remarks made by <br />Michelle Berntson regarding the City' s Volunteer Program. <br />
