When you address the City <br />Council, you should fill out a speaker card and submit it to the City Clerk so the order <br />of speakers may be determined and an onicial record of names and addresses obtained. <br />The public is invited to make comments on Consent Calendar items, or other items of <br />public interest not listed on the Agenda, at this time. <br /> <br />Larry Norry, 2532 Williams St., addressed the City Council regarding his desire to <br />see additional clarifying language in the City Council Minutes of Oct. 15, 2001, <br />regarding his comments on "RO" Zoning in the Plaza Redevelopment Project Plan <br />Area. <br /> <br />Kathy Banks, 964 Hutchings Dr., addressed the City Council indicating that public art <br />lllonies could be better used on homelessness issues. <br /> <br />Mike Rawlis, 964 Hutchings Dr., addressed the City Council regarding concerns for <br />pedestrians as they use the crosswalks at the oveqxlss of the freeway on Davis Street. <br /> <br />Diana Rodriguez, 625 Martin Blvd., addressed the City Council regarding concerns <br />of repeated public disturbances coming horn the rcsidents at 1952 North Street and <br />complained of drivers doing "donuts" in the streeL <br /> <br />Lou Filipovich, 15376 Laverne Dr., addressed the City Counci I with concerns <br />regarding various items being placed on the Consent Calendar. <br />
