JOINT CITY COUNCIL/SAN L.:ANDRO RED~VELOPM~NT <br />AGENCY PUBLIC H~ARING <br /> <br />A Matter of an Urgency Ordinance of the City Councilor the City of San Leandro <br />Approving and Adopting a Sixth Amendment to the Alameda County-City of San <br />Leandro Redevelopment Plan to Remove Territory From the Project Area and <br />Declaring This Ordinance to be an Urgency Measure, to Take EtTect Immediately, <br />As It Relates to the Preservation of Public Peace, Health and Safety. (This <br />ordinance amends the City-County Rcdeveloprnent Plan to remove the Bayfair <br />Mall parcel for financial reasons.)
