Matter of Providing Free Library Cards to Arroyo High School Students and Staff. <br /> <br />Public Comments: <br /> <br />The LibrarylHistorical Commission submitted a letter for the record <br />recommending approval ofthe proposal. <br /> <br />Donna Reed, 1560 David Court, Chair of the Library/Historical Commission, <br />addressed the City Council in favor of the proposal. <br /> <br />The following Motion was then introduced: <br /> <br />Minute Order No, 2001-97, Matter of Providing Free Library Cards to <br />Arroyo High School Students and Staff. (1800/1013) <br /> <br />The City Council approved providing free library cards to Arroyo High <br />School students and stafT:. <br /> <br />M/S/C Glaze and Loeffler. Matter of Discussion of Redistricting of City Council Districts to Correspond to <br />2000 Census Population Data. <br /> <br />John Jermanis, City Manager, introduced the redistricting project to the City <br />Council. <br />
