<br />- <br />performing their respective functions shall apply to them to the same degree and extent <br />2 while engaged in the performance of any of the functions and other duties under this <br />3 Agreement. <br />None of the officers, agents, or employees directly employed by the Authority <br />5 shall be deemed, by reason of their employment by the Authority, to be employed by <br />6 any Agency or to be subject to any of the requirements of any Agency. <br />7 (I) Charges for Services <br />8 The governing body of the same public entity as the Treasurer and Controller <br />9 shall determine charges to be made against the Authority for the services of the <br />10 Treasurer and Controller. <br />11 Charges for the services of the Manager and other administrative or operating <br />12 personnel supplied by any Agency shall be jointly agreed upon with the Agency or <br />13 Agencies furnishing the services. <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />Section 8. Meetinas of the Commission <br />(a) Reqular Meetinas <br />The Commission shall hold at least one regular meeting each year. The date <br />upon which, and the hour and place at which each such regular meeting shall be held, <br />shall be fixed by resolution of the Commission. <br />(b) Special Meetinas <br />Special meetings of the Commission may be called in accordance with the <br />provisions of Section 54956 of the California Government Code. <br />(c) Notice And Conduct of Meetings <br />All meetings of the Commission shall be held subject to the provisions of the <br />Ralph M. Brown Act, being Sections 54950 et seq of the California Government Code, <br />and other applicable laws of the State of California.
