The project site is located within an urban context, and is adjacent to an arterial roadway. The closest significant noise <br /> sources, such as railroad tracks, BART tracks, freeways, are located at less than one-quarter mile from the project site. Given the <br /> context of the site and the surrounding land uses (residential and small-scale industrial and commercial), impacts on future uses of <br /> the site are not anticipated. The project is not located within an area governed by an airport land use plan (either commercial or <br /> private.) The project is not located near any public or private airport, airfield or airstrip. <br /> 10. TRANSPORTA nON/CIRCULATION. Would the proiect: <br /> a.
