However, this use has not existed for several years, <br />and the project site has been used for residential and small commercial or industrial uses. Underlying soils are not considered prime <br />farmland and the project site it not zoned for agricultural uses, nor has it ever been under a Williamson Act contract. There are no <br />agricultural uses in the vicinity which might be affected by the change in use from this site to residential uses. This environmental document covers the impacts of the proposed rezoning.
