A deeded EV AE is required for the 20-foot fire access around the site. This shall <br />be indicated on plans submitted for building permit review. <br /> <br />D. Compliance with water supply requirements was not able to be confirmed due to <br />the lack of information submitted on preliminary plans. Location of existing <br />hydrants, fire flow from the hydrants, occupancy classification of buildings, and <br />construction type of buildings will need to be provided on plans submitted for <br />building permit review in order to determine water supply requirements. <br /> <br />E. Regarding the office building it appears that the location and size meet code <br />requirements. However, exiting with in the building appears to be non~comp1iant. <br /> <br />F. Ensure for code compliance relative to the mechanics building could not be made. <br />In order for this determination to be made the following information will need to <br />be provided with plans submitted for building permit review: Occupancy <br />classification of building, building construction type, exit doors, building use, etc. <br /> <br />G. On plans submitted for building permit review, please clarify if the dark line <br />around the property connecting to the iron gates is fencing or not. If so clarify how <br />one enters the storage areas. <br /> <br />V. ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />A. The proposed development shall comply with City ordinances, policies and <br />regulations. All improvements shall be in accordance with the City's Design <br />Standards, Specifications and Standard Plans unless otherwise specifically approved <br />by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />B. Pursuant to Government Code Section 66020, including Section 66020 (d) (1), the <br />City HEREBY NOTIFIES the applicant for this Project that the 90-day approval <br />period (in which the applicant may protest the imposition of any fees, dedications, <br />reservations, or other exactions imposed on this Project by these Conditions of <br />Approval) will begin on the date of the conditional approval of this Project. If you <br />fail to file a protest within this 90-day period, complying with all of the <br />requirements of Government Code Section 66020, you will be legally barred from <br />later challenging any such fees, dedications, reservations or other exactions. <br /> <br />C.
