<br />September 1, of each calendar year, and shall be fully implemented on or before <br />October 15, of each calendar year. <br /> <br />4. During construction the following high standards for samtatlOn are required: <br />Garbage cans, construction dumpsters, and debris piles shall be removed on a <br />minimum weekly basis. All food-related trash items such as wrappers, cans, bottles, <br />and food scraps shall be disposed of in closed containers only and shall be regularly <br />removed from the site. Inspections, conducted as part of the regular construction <br />compliance, will be conducted to ensure compliance of the Sub-divider and <br />contractors with this requirement. <br /> <br />5. The Urban Run-off Clean Water Program requires that all run-off be treated to <br />remove sediment and water borne pollutants prior to discharge into a public <br />facility. The Developer shall include detention pond, grassy. swales, and inlet <br />filters. The CC&R's shall specify the responsibility of the Property Owners' <br />Association to regularly inspect and maintain the filtration systems. Such <br />inspection and maintenance shall include replacing the inlet filters a minimum of <br />two (2) times each calendar year. The size and location shall be as determined by <br />the City Engineer. The Developer shall not remove or modify the detention basin <br />without a written approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />6. All on-site storm drain inlets must be labeled "No Dumping - Drains to Bay" <br />using approved methods. <br /> <br />E. WATER SYSTEM <br /> <br />1. The Sub-divider shall submit plans approved by EBMUD showing the water <br />service extension, network analysis, and looping requirements. <br /> <br />2. On-site EBMUD fire hydrants with minimum fire flow and spacing in accordance <br />with the San Leandro Uniform Code will be required. Prior to installation, the <br />Fire Department shall approve the location of the fire hydrants. A water supply <br />shall be in place prior to combustible material being moved into any phase of the <br />proj ect. <br /> <br />F. SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM <br /> <br />1. Sanitary sewer is available adjacent to the project site. However, Developer shall <br />provide an analysis prepared by a registered Civil Engineer to determine needs for <br />the project site and possible up sizing of existing facilities.
