On June 19, 2006 by Resolution Nos. 2006-075 and 2006-006RDA , the City Council <br />approved the plans and specifications, called for bids, and authorized the use of <br />Redevelopment funds for the proj ect <br />. On July 31, 2006 by Resolution No. 2006-098, City Council rejected all bids submitted for <br />the project on July 24,2006 <br />. On December 18, 2006 by Resolution Nos. 2006-134 and 2006-011RDA, the City Council <br />rescinded Resolution Nos. 2006-075 and 2006-006RDA, approved the plans and <br />specifications, called for bids, and authorized the use of Redevelopment funds for the project <br />.
