<br />EXHIBIT E <br />SELLER'S DOCUMENTS <br /> <br />All non-confidential documents, written reports, written test results, maps and surveys <br />relating to the use or physical condition of the Property which are, to the best of SELLER'S <br />knowledge, after reasonable inquiry among existing employees of SELLER, in SELLER'S <br />possession or in the possession of Seller's Agents, including without limitation, the following, if <br />any: <br /> <br />Structural, engineering, archeological, soils, environmental, and geologic reports, maps <br />and surveys of the Property, encumbrances on the Property, Leases of the Property, and the <br />amount of any deposits held thereunder, and all exhibits, addenda and amendments thereto, <br />building/construction plans, as-built drawings, building permits, certificates of occupancy <br />relating to the Property, and all other written governmental approvals and/or authorizations <br />("Seller's Documents"). <br /> <br />In no event shall Seller's Documents include any confidential or proprietary documents, books <br />and records, including without limitation Seller's tax returns. <br /> <br />25 <br />
