She asked if the complex will have an elevator. <br /> <br />Lawrence Cabbuccio, 55 Broadmoor, addressed the City Council! <br />Redevelopment Agency in support of the project. He also voiced concerns with <br />parking issues and fencing of the project. <br /> <br />There being no further comments from the public, the Public Hearing was closed. <br /> <br />M/S/C Loefiler and Glaze. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 <br /> <br />The City Attorney clarified that the length of time this property will remain low- <br />income senior housing is 55 years. The average age of the proposed residents is <br />78. It was also stated there will be preferential renting to San Leandro residents. <br /> <br />Staff responded to questions, noting there will be a neighborhood committee <br />formed to help address the concerns voiced about fencing, parking, etc. <br />
