<br />Minutes - City of San Leandro City Council and <br />San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Joint Meeting - May 15, 2000 <br /> <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />D. Matter of Making Findings Regarding Unexpended Development Fees Collected <br />as a Condition of Approval of the Heron Bay (Roberts' Landing) Development. <br /> <br />This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above matter, the City <br />Manager explained the fee and the need for the extension, which was confirmed by <br />Uche Udemezue, City Engineer. <br /> <br />The Hearing was then opened to the public. <br /> <br />Lou Filipovich, 15376 Laverne Drive, addressed the City Council, commenting <br />on the City Council's action to enact an infrastructure assessment in 1996 for new <br />homes in this development. <br /> <br />There being no further comments from the public, and without opposition, the <br />Public Hearing was closed. <br /> <br />The following Resolution was then introduced: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2000..65, Resolution Making Findings Regarding Unexpended <br />Development Fees Collected as a Condition of Approval of the Heron Bay <br />(Roberts' Landing) Development. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 <br /> <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDERlROLL CALL <br /> <br />The Redevelopment Agency was convened. <br /> <br />PRESENT: Agency Members Galvan, Glaze, Grant, LoeIDer, Lothrop, <br />Nardine; Chair Young <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />A. Matter of Amendment No. 9 to the Plaza 1 Redevelopment Plan and Amendment <br />No. 15 to the Plaza 2 Redevelopment Plan, Merging the Plaza 1 and Plaza 2 <br />Redevelopment Project Areas and Extending the Time Limit for the Exercise of <br />the Power of Eminent Domain Within the Plaza 2 Redevelopment Project Area. <br /> <br />Debbie Potter, Redevelopment Administrator, made a presentation regarding the <br />two Redevelopment Project Areas and the purpose for merging the two into the <br />Plaza Redevelopment Project Area. She also reported on the extension of the <br />Agency's authority of eminent domain for certain properties. <br />
