He commented that he, too, has requested City
assistance for development of his dealership but has not received an adequate
response. He asked that the Agency take judicial notice of the letters he has
sent, dated October 27, 1999 and April 3, 2000, requesting Redevelopment
Agency assistance. He further stated he will not be intimidated and accused
the City of not negotiating in good faith.

Rob Nicholas, 58 Maiden Lane, San Francisco, Representing Mrs.
Christopher, addressed the Redevelopment Agency, indicating Mrs.
Christopher did not have the necessary facts in order for her to participate with
regard to this issue. She feels
the City is forcing her to get rid of her property and asked the City to give her
a list of what could be built there. She indicated that over the years she has
been frustrated with the City's lack of direction as to what would be allowed
on that property.

Spyro Savaides, 2025 Alvarado Street, addressed the Redevelopment
Agency, indicating he is Mrs. Christopher's son-in-law. He indicated Mrs.
Christopher has not been fairly responded to by the City regarding her efforts
to build something on her property. He indicated she was given a list of uses
for the property; but each time she came to the City with a proposal, they were
told "no." He further stated, as small property owners, he feels they don't get
support from the City. He does not feel the price offered per square foot is
fair.

Mr. Nicholas, readdressed the Agency and urged the Agency not to make a
decision on this issue tonight. He indicated Mr. Batarse has not tried to
purchase their property fairly, indicating a fair price has not been offered. He
urged the Agency not to act as it is not necessary to do so immediately.

The City Attorney explained the findings that need to be made by the Agency
in order to move forward tonight.
