Stefan Schinzinger, 901 Montague Avenue, Member of the San Leandro <br />Citizens for Responsible Redevelopment, addressed the City Council and stated <br />his opposition to Eminent Domain for redevelopment. <br /> <br />C. Lawrence Kumabe, 467 Marina Boulevard, addressed the City Council and <br />stated he will not be available to attend a Hearing scheduled on November 13, <br />2000, as he will be out of town. He asked that the Redevelopment Agency <br />consider rescheduling the Hearing to November 20, 2000. <br /> <br />D. Michael A. Curry, 2007 Marin Avenue, addressed the City Council In <br />opposition to Eminent Domain. <br /> <br />E. Darlene Castro, 16233 East 14th Street, addressed the City Council and <br />requested her name be removed from the list of properties scheduled for Eminent <br />Domain. She also thanked the Redevelopment Agency for continuing the Hearing. <br /> <br />F. Eli Albino, Member of San Leandro Citizens for Responsible Redevelopment, <br />addressed the City Council in opposition to Eminent Domain. <br /> <br />G. Sally Kellman, 901 Montague Avenue, addressed the City Council in opposition <br />to Eminent Domain. <br /> <br />H. Alan Osofsky, 14327 Washington Avenue, addressed the City Council In <br />opposition to Eminent Domain. <br /> <br />1. Ann Marie Castro, 16233 East 14th Street, addressed the City Council In <br />opposition to redevelopment through the use of Eminent Domain. <br /> <br />J. Tom Spinaldi, 601 Aladdin Street, addressed the City Council in opposition to <br />redevelopment through the use of Eminent Domain. He read into the record a <br />letter by Mr. Battinich. <br /> <br />K. John Faria, 2410 Lakeview Drive, addressed the City Council with concerns that <br />there has not been a plan line adopted for the east/west corridor. He further <br />suggested the City should adopt a street right-of-way so developments will know <br />where streets are planned to go. He concluded by stating concerns with the <br />Williams Street connection behind Walmart, indicating there needs to be a plan line <br />adopted so that the property owners will know where the road will go. <br /> <br />L. Brady Ferguson, 14808 East 14th Street, addressed the City Council! <br />Redevelopment Agency and thanked them for supplying funds to repair the blight <br />at the Bal Theatre. He also thanked Jennifer Andersen and Debbie Potter for their <br />efforts on this project. <br />
