On premise sales. On premise sales of goods not produced within the live/work unit on <br />the property shall not be permitted, with the exception of special custom ordering of goods <br />(i.e., catalog) through a contractor, design professional, interior decorator or artist on the <br />premises. <br /> <br />F. All work activity shall take place inside the building on the property. Noise and odors <br />which are perceptible beyond the property line of the live/work building and which are <br />caused be activities within the live/work building shall not be permitted to exceed the <br />levels specified for residential districts in the City's Noise Ordinance. <br /> <br />G. No more than four employees, including the owner or residents of the unit, shall be <br />permitted in any work activity on the property. <br /> <br />H. Nuisance. No activity shall be conducted on the live/work property that constitutes a <br />nuisance or unreasonably interferes with the use or quiet enjoyment of the occupants of any <br />other unit on the property.
