Conduct outreach, training and <br />educational programs promoting <br />fair housing for: <br /> <br />. landlords and property <br />managers <br /> <br />. tenants and the general public <br />in San Leandro. <br /> <br />ACCOMPLISHMENTS <br /> <br />Environmentaltmpact Report, and <br />Zoning Code and Zoning Map <br />amendments are proposed to go to the <br />Planning Commission on August 23, <br />2007 for recommendation to the City <br />Council for final action on September 4, <br />2007. Public comments included <br />requests for more affordable housing. <br /> <br />Also refer to narrative under Priority <br />#4, "Reduce Housing Discrimination" <br />for details about ECHO's fair housing <br />services. Below is a synopsis: <br /> <br />a. 32 fair housing inquiries received and <br />31 housing discrimination complaints <br />investigated. <br /> <br />b. 18 fair housing audits conducted. <br /> <br />c.
