(Administrative Review is required to establish or to enlarge a <br />Restaurant or Cafe that would have either a gross floor area of two <br />thousand (2,000) square feet, or larger, or a dining area of one <br />thousand (1,000) square feet, or larger. Standards for review are <br />specified in Section 2-674.G.) <br />3. Fast Food Establishments, Small Scale.
