Relationship to the Downtown San Leandro Transit-Oriented <br />Development Strateav <br /> <br />The DA-1, DA-2, DA-3, DA-4, DA-5, and DA-6 zoning districts have <br />been created to implement the Downtown San Leandro Transit <br />Oriented Development Strategy (Development Strategy). The <br />Development Strategy identifies six activity areas.
