Christmas Tree and Pumpkin Sales. <br />2. Circuses and Carnivals. <br />3. Commercial Filming. <br />4. Real Estate Offices, Temporary. <br />5. Retail Sales, Outdoor. <br />6. Storage Containers, Temporary. <br />7. Street or Neighborhood Fairs. <br />8. Relationship to the Downtown San Leandro Transit-Oriented <br />Development Strateav <br /> <br />The DA-1, DA-2, DA-3, DA-4, DA-5, and DA-6 zoning districts have <br />been created to implement the Downtown San Leandro Transit <br />Oriented Development Strategy (Development Strategy). The <br />Development Strategy identifies six activity areas.
