Entire Agreement. This Agreement represents the entire understanding of <br />LAVWMA and the City as to those matters contained herein. No prior oral or written <br />understanding shall be of any force or effect with respect to the matters covered herein. <br />8. Attorneys' Fees and Costs. In the event either party brings a lawsuit to enforce or <br />require performance of the terms of this Agreement, the prevailing party in such suit or <br />proceeding shall be entitled to recover from the other party reasonable costs and expenses, <br />including attorneys' fees. <br />9. Waivers. No waiver of any provision of this Agreement or any breach of this <br />Agreement shall be effective unless such waiver is in writing and signed by the waiving party, <br />and any such waiver shall not be deemed a waiver of any other provision of this Agreement or <br />any other or subsequent breach of this Agreement. <br />10. Amendment. The parties may amend this Agreement only by a writing signed by <br />all of the parties. <br />
