A second <br />resolution proposes to accept a new EVAE spanning Lot 4 and Lot 5 of Tract 7382, 1300 <br />Business Center Drive, APN 079A-0591-011 and 079A-0591-006. Staff reviewed the matter <br />and determined that once the new easement is established, the current easement will not be <br />needed for present or prospective emergency vehicle access purposes.
