businesses. <br />F. Prior to commencement of business, employee-parking spaces shall be designated <br />on the property. <br />G. All vehicle parking on the site shall be undertaken in a neat and orderly manner at <br />all times. <br />H. There shall be no dismantling or salvaging of vehicles or engines on the site. <br />I. The project site shall be well maintained and shall be kept free of litter, debris and <br />weeds at all times, including removal of litter which collects against the building or <br />within the landscaped areas along Washington Avenue <br />J. All landscaping shall be maintained in a healthy and growing condition at all times. <br />Any damaged or dead plant material shall be promptly replaced with a plant <br />material similar in type and comparable in size to the plant(s) being removed. <br />K. Any graffiti shall be promptly removed from the property. <br />L. All dumpsters or trash containers shall be kept in the trash enclosure located in the <br />center/rear part of the property at all times except for the day(s) the collection <br />company is scheduled for pick-up. Immediately after pick-up all dumpsters or trash <br />containers shall be returned to the trash enclosure, out of public view. <br />V. ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy or final of a business license, <br />whichever occurs first, a Small Quantity Registration shall be submitted to the <br />Environmental Services Division for the storage and use of planned hazardous <br />materials and/or generation of hazardous waste. The registration is subject to the <br />review and approval of the Environmental Services Division. <br />B. Compressed gas cylinders and tanks shall be secured to prevent falling due to <br />contact, vibration or seismic activity. See Uniform Fire Code §740L6.4 for <br />acceptable securing methods. Cylinders can also be stored outside in secure gated <br />and locked enclosures with the exempt amounts listed in the Uniform Fire Code <br />Table 8001.15C. <br />C. Flammable gases quantities and oxidizing gases quantities shall comply with <br />exempt amounts per control area as per Uniform Fire Code Table 8001.15-A. <br />D. Any used vehicle liquids including but not limited to anti-freeze, engine and <br />transmission oil, or brake fluid shall be placed in an approved container for the <br />specific liquid and removed from the site for recycling or disposal by a qualified <br />company. No used vehicle liquids shall be placed in a trash container to be picked <br />up as refuse for disposal in a land fill site.
