Prior to the issuance of the Building Permit, the Subdivider shall pay Park Development Impact Fee as per Section 800 of Chapter 1 Title VII of San Leandro Municipal Code and Master Fee Schedule. This project would be required to pay the adjusted Park Facilities Development Impact fee which is in effect at the time of submittal of a completed application. Also, Subdivider shall pay Development Fee for Street Improvement (DFSI), Utility Underground Conversion Fee, Sewer Cortnection fee and other fees as required by City Ordinances and regulations.
