Standards; Specifications and Standard Plans unless otherwise specifically approved <br />by the City Engineer. <br />B. Design review fees, permit fees, inspection fees, and any other fees charged by the <br />City or other reviewing agencies for the review, approval, permitting and inspection <br />of the public improvements shall be paid by the Applicant. <br />C. Pursuant to Government Code Section 66020, including Section 66020 (d) (1), the <br />City HEREBY NOTIFIES the applicant for this Project that the 90-day approval <br />period (in which the applicant may protest the imposition of any fees, dedications, <br />reservations, or other exactions imposed on this Project by these Conditions of <br />Approval) will begin on the date of the conditional approval of this Project. If you <br />fail to file a protest within this 90-day period, complying with all of the <br />requirements of Government Code Section 66020, you will be legally barred from <br />later challenging any such fees, dedications, reservations or other exactions. <br />D. The Applicant shall obtain an Encroachment Permit from the Engineering and <br />Transportation Department prior to performing any work within the public right-of- <br />way ofMarina Boulevard. <br />E. All utility services to new facilities shall be placed underground from the <br />appropriate service points. <br />F. All storm water runoff from the project shall be collected in an underground <br />system and conveyed to an appropriate storm drain system. A structural control <br />such as oiUwater separator(s), sand filter(s), fossil filter(s) or other Best <br />Management Practices that may be proposed by the applicant and approved by the <br />City Engineer must be installed to intercept and pretreat storm water prior to <br />discharging to the storm drain system. The design, location, and a maintenance <br />schedule must be submitted to the City Engineer for review and approval prior to <br />the issuance of a building permit. Applicant shall obtain a permit from the <br />Alameda County Flood control District for use and connection to the adjacent <br />storm drain system. <br />G. All on-site storm drain inlets must be labeled "No Dumping -Drains to Bay" using <br />approved methods. All on-site storm drains must be cleaned at least twice a year; <br />once immediately prior to the rainy season (October 15) and once in January. The <br />City Engineer may require additional cleaning. <br />IX. GENERAL. CONDITIONS <br />A. Prior to installation of any signs, a building permit application shall be submitted <br />for review and approval. Any change in signage from that submitted as part of this <br />application shall require review and approval by the Community Development <br />Director prior to issuance of the building permit. Specifically, signage on the <br />building is required to prominently display the manufacturer(s) of the cars sold at <br />the associated new car dealership. <br />Agreement to Conditions January 5, 2006 <br />PLN2005-00139 Page 5 of 6 <br />
