Design review fees, permit fees, inspection fees, and any other fees charged by the City or other reviewing agencies for the review, approval, permitting and inspection of the public improvements shall be paid by the Applicant. C. Pursuant to Government Code Section 66020, including Section 66020 (d) (1), the City HEREBY NOTIFIES the applicant for this Project that the 90-day approval period (in which the applicant may protest the imposition of any fees, dedications, reservations, or other exactions imposed on this Project by these Conditions of Approval) will begin on the date of the conditional approval of this Project. If you fail to file a protest within this 90-day period, complying with all of the requirements of Government Code Section 66020, you will be legally barred from later challenging any such fees, dedications, reservations or other exactions. D. The Applicant shall obtain an Encroachment Permit from the Engineering and Transportation Department prior to performing any work within the public right-of- way ofMarina Boulevard. E. All utility services to new facilities shall be placed underground from the appropriate service points. F. All storm water runoff from the project shall be collected in an underground system and conveyed to an appropriate storm drain system. A structural control such as oiUwater separator(s), sand filter(s), fossil filter(s) or other Best Management Practices that may be proposed by the applicant and approved by the City Engineer must be installed to intercept and pretreat storm water prior to discharging to the storm drain system. The design, location, and a maintenance schedule must be submitted to the City Engineer for review and approval prior to the issuance of a building permit. Applicant shall obtain a permit from the Alameda County Flood control District for use and connection to the adjacent storm drain system. G. All on-site storm drain inlets must be labeled "No Dumping -Drains to Bay" using approved methods. All on-site storm drains must be cleaned at least twice a year; once immediately prior to the rainy season (October 15) and once in January. The City Engineer may require additional cleaning. IX. GENERAL. CONDITIONS A. Prior to installation of any signs, a building permit application shall be submitted for review and approval. Any change in signage from that submitted as part of this application shall require review and approval by the Community Development Director prior to issuance of the building permit. Specifically, signage on the building is required to prominently display the manufacturer(s) of the cars sold at the associated new car dealership.
