B. No "For Sale" signs shall be placed on the vehicles stored outdoors on the property. <br />No sales of vehicles are permitted from the site. <br />C. The use permit conditions of approval shall be made accessible to all employees on <br />the property. <br />D. No wrecked vehicles, discarded auto parts, or any auto parts shall be stored outside <br />the building on the property; no long-term storage of vehicles is permitted on the <br />property; vehicle parking shall be limited to vehicles that are scheduled for body <br />work or immediate servicing. <br />E. Employees and customers shall be instructed by the applicant and/or property owner <br />not to park on the street in front of nearby businesses. <br />F. Prior to commencement of business, employee-parking spaces shall be designated <br />on the property. <br />G. There shall be no dismantling or salvaging of vehicles on the site. <br />H. Any new solid masonry wall or combination masonry wall and wrought iron <br />fencing installed along the northerly perimeter of the property, shall be a <br />minimum height of seven feet and a maximum height of eight feet. All wrought <br />iron (tubular metal) fencing shall be a black or color to match the existing <br />wrought iron fencing along the frontage of the property. Any fabric screen on the <br />tubular metal fencing shall be maintained in a clean and sound condition at all <br />times. Any damage to the fabric screen shall be repaired or replaced promptly <br />within two weeks of receiving a request from the City's Zoning Enforcement <br />Official. The repair and/or replacement shall be performed and completed to the <br />satisfaction of the Zoning Enforcement Official. <br />I. There shall be no razor wire installed on the fencing or on the property. <br />J. The project site shall be well maintained and shall be kept free of litter, debris and <br />weeds at all times. <br />K. All landscaping shall be maintained in a healthy and growing condition at all times. <br />Any damaged or dead plant material shall be promptly replaced with a plant <br />material similar in type and comparable in size to the plant(s) being removed. <br />L. Any graffiti shall be promptly removed from the property. <br />M. The perimeter walls and fencing shall be structurally sound and well maintained at <br />all times.
