12 CURRENT OPERATIONAL STATISTICS <br />1.2.1. Number of Registered Program Participants <br />• Approximately 1250 Registered Riders <br />• Typically 10% are active riders <br />1.2.2. Service Area <br />• Flex Shuttle and CTC -All area within the City of San Leandro city <br />limits <br />• OTMT-Within Alameda County <br />• Group Trips -San Francisco Bay Area <br />1.2.3. Service Days <br />• 5 days per week, Monday through Friday <br />• Service on Holidays is coordinated with CONSULTANT in advance <br />• Actual days of operation could change based on demand <br />l .2.4.
