The project shall comply with Exhibits A through E, dated November 8, 2007, <br />except as hereinafter modified. The applicant shall be responsible for assuring that any successor in interest who <br />assumes responsibility for this zoning approval is informed of its terms and <br />conditions. <br />C. All conditions of approval for PD-85-2 shall be complied with. <br />D. The use permit and approval shall expire in two years from the date on which it <br />became effective unless a building permit is obtained and construction begun. All <br />applications processed concurrent with a Subdivision shall be valid for the life of the <br />tentative map. The expiration of other approved concurrent permits or approvals <br />shall be two years with a subdivision approval, but shall also require the recording <br />of the Final Map or Parcel Map within that time. <br />A request for a time extension from the expiration date within two years of the date <br />of approval can be considered if an application with required fees is filed at least 60 <br />days before the original expiration date (otherwise a new application is required). A <br />public hearing shall be required for all extension applications, except those <br />involving only minor design changes or revisions. <br />
