prospective assignee, transferee, subleasee or licensee before <br />approval of the assignment, transfer, sublease or license by <br />Landlord shall constitute a breach of this Lease. Landlord's <br />consent to any assignment, transfer, sublease, or license shall <br />not constitute a waiver of any of the terms, covenants or <br />conditions of this Luse. Such terms, covenants and conditions <br />shall apply to each and every assignment, transfer, sublease, and <br />license of this Lease and shall be severally binding upon each <br />and every party thereto. Any document to assign, transfer, <br />sublet, or license the leased premises or any part thereof shall <br />incorporate directly or by reference all the provisions of this <br />Lease. <br />14.2 Change in Partnership <br />If Tenant is a partnership, a withdrawal or change, of <br />a partner, whether voluntary, involuntary, or by operation of <br />law, or the dissolution of the partnership, shall be deemed a <br />voluntary assignment. <br />14.3 Change in~Tenants <br />If Tenant consists of more than one person, a purported <br />assignment, voluntary, involuntary, or by operation of law, from <br />one to another shall be deemed a voluntary assignment. <br />14.4 Change in Corporation <br />If Tenant is a corporation, any dissolution, merger, <br />consolidation, or other reorganization of Tenant, or the sale or <br />other transfer of a controlling percentage of .the capital stock <br />of Tenant, or the sale of 5096 of the value of the assets of <br /> <br />-22- <br />
