Leandro Property Owners, retail tenants, prospects, and consumers to access and view the Leasing <br />Brochure, renderings, space plans, photographs, maps, aerials, property availability, leasing contact <br />information, retail resources, demographics, store directory and special events. <br />Press Releases/Leasing FYI FolderslBroker Communications <br />The well-timed and targeted press releases -including but not limited to: new store announcements, grand <br />openings and positive print media relating to the trade area will be reproduced into FYI folders. FYI folders <br />are folders that are mailed to prospects and brokers so that they can begin a file specific to Downtown San <br />Leandro where they can collect all the positive print media, demographics, and renderings that are sent to <br />them. Digital versions of the print media will be email blasted to the MSPS database of retail brokers and <br />Downtown San Leandro prospects. Other items that will be sent to prospects and brokers for their FYI <br />folders will be testimonials from San Leandro's residents that will reinforce that the people of San Leandro <br />are excited about seeing them in Downtown San Leandro. <br />Communication <br />Through the development of a new identity, it is important to present this new image in all marketing and <br />advertising efforts associated with Downtown San Leandro. The marketing implemented by Main Street <br />Property Services targets the retail community and to maximize the efforts, it is necessary for existing <br />communications within the City of San Leandro, implemented by the City of San Leandro and other <br />associations marketing Downtown San Leandro, such as the Chamber of Commerce and the San Leandro <br />Downtown Business Association to consistently present the Downtown San Leandro identity. Marketing <br />utilized by the City, Chamber of Commerce and the Downtown Business Association may include <br />advertisements in magazines, newspapers, direct mail pieces, handouts, City maps, blast emails and <br />faxes, posters, flyers, window banners, website, TV spots, and radio. Utilizing the Downtown San Leandro <br />identity for marketing Downtown San Leandro will enable the public to gain maximum exposure of <br />Downtown San Leandro developments. By targeting different groups through various marketing outlets <br />enables the "buzz" about Downtown San Leandro to radiate through the different trade areas and promote <br />the new image of Downtown San Leandro. <br />ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) <br />Main Street Property Services will host booths for Downtown San Leandro at the Monterey and San Diego <br />Conventions. Promotional materials will be distributed to create a "buzz" among the retail brokers attending <br />and draw attention to the Downtown San Leandro booth. For the San Diego Convention Downtown San <br />Leandro will have actual people from the "I Am San Leandro" Downtown San Leandro People Campaign <br />distributing the promotional items to the brokers attending this convention. Having people from the <br />campaign present at the convention will allow the brokers to come face to face with an individual who will <br />boost the excitement surrounding Downtown San Leandro by reinforcing positive demographics and <br />distributing items branded with the new Downtown San Leandro identity.
