r.~ <br />pAV1170N DOMES <br />March 2, 2006 <br />VACANT <br />235 HAAS AVE. , A202 <br />SAN LEANDR~ 94577 <br />Dear VACANT: <br />~IaTi~(~4Tr o~ <br />To T~•J/~NTS <br />wires ~NV~~s~aN <br />8R~ ~r~Pr Nc~ <br />This letter is being sent to advise you that the owner of the Woodside Apartments located <br />at 235 and 237 Haas Avenue, San Leandro California 94577, Woodside San Leandro L.P., in <br />Alameda County, plans to file a tentative map and use permit with the City of San Leandro to <br />convert the property to condominiums. You shall be given notice of each hearing for which <br />notice is required pursuant to Sections 66451.3 and 66452.5 of the California Government Code, <br />and you have the right to appear and the right to be heard at any such hearing. <br />No units may be sold in this apartment project unless the conversion is approved by the City of <br />San Leandro, and until after a public report is issued by the Department of Real Estate. In <br />accordance with the City of San Leandro Zoning Code, Article 24, Section 5-2414, you are <br />notified of the following: <br />1. The name and address of the current property owner is: <br />Woodside San Leandro L.P. <br />1600 S. Main Street Suite 150 <br />Walnut Creek, CA 945496 <br />2. The proposed subdivider is: <br />Woodside San Leandro L.P. <br />1600 S. Main Street Suite 150 <br />Walnut Creek, CA 945496 <br />3. The owner intends to file an application for a tentative map on or after May 3, 2006. <br />4. If the tentative map is approved it is anticipated that the final map will be filed in <br />December 2006. <br />5. If the City approves the tentative map and the project is converted to condominiums, <br />tenants will be given notices to vacate in phases. It is anticipated that the first units will <br />be vacated bynon-purchasing tenants in May 2007. All tenants shall be given a one <br />hundred eighty (180) day notice to vacate after the tentative map has been approved, but <br />not less than required in Section 5-2414 (E) of the City of San Leandro Zoning Code. <br />6. a. Tenants will have the right and option to purchase the unit the tenant is renting or <br />another unit in the project in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in Section <br />5-2414(, c) of the City of San Leandro Zoning Code.
