This article can be viewed online at <br />htt~//www.fws. ~ovBndan~ered/bulletin/2007BS Bulletin 09-2007.pdf (found on page 18). <br />Fiscal Impact <br />The USFWS will utilize its own resources, including expenditure of its funds, in pursuing the <br />objectives of the California Sea-Mite (Suaeda californica) Reintroduction Plan. <br />Budget Authority <br />Not applicable <br />Not applicable <br />CONCLUSION <br />It is recommended that the City Council adopt a resolution approving a Memorandum of <br />Understanding between the United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) and the City of <br />San Leandro to allow USFWS to fully implement the 2006 California Sea-Mite (Suaeda <br />californica) Reintroduction Plan, San Francisco Bay, California on City lands at Robert's <br />Landing. <br />
