ABOVEGROUND PETROLEUM STORAGE ACT (APSA) PROGRAM <br />GRANT APPLICATION <br />The City's UP fee schedule is available to interested parties on the city Web Site or upon request to <br />the CUPA. <br />The City of San Leandro CUPA's dispute resolution procedures will be amended to incorporate the <br />APSA Program, which will guide the resolution of fee disputes that arise between the businesses <br />regulated under the APSA Program element. <br />H. Regulated Business Outreach Activities <br />The City of San Leandro CUPA will develop educational and guidance materials for those businesses <br />regulated under the APSA Program. The materials will include fact sheets and guidance documents to <br />assist regulated businesses in complying with all requirements of the APSA Program. These materials <br />will be developed by October 2008. <br />In addition to these educational and guidance materials, upon formal delegation of the APSA program, <br />a notification letter will be provided to all regulated businesses providing them with local CUPA contacts <br />and overview of the APSA program requirements. <br />I. Other Implementation Activities <br />The City of San .Leandro CUPA will update the City web site to reflect the changes in the aboveground <br />storage program. <br />The City of San Leandro CUPA is the only Unified Program Agency within the jurisdictional. boundaries <br />of the City of San Leandro. <br />J.
