He indicated that the letter <br />addressed tax increments. <br /> <br />B. Report on Closed Session Actions Taken <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br /> <br />11. CITY COUNCIL REPORTS <br /> <br />A. Reports on Intergovernmental Agencies <br /> <br />Mayor Santos reported that he attended a meeting of the Waste Management Authority, <br />at which the budget was adopted. <br /> <br />B. Reports on Conferences and Seminars <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />C. Reports on Empowerment Funds <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant requested that the City Council consider the addition of the <br />Cypress-Mandela Training Center to the list of eligible recipients for Community <br />Empowerment Funds for this fiscal year. <br />Councilmember Souza requested that the balance of her Community Empowerment <br />Funds be contributed to the Senior Services Foundation. <br />Vice Mayor Stephens reported that he made the following contributions from his <br />Community Empowerment Funds: <br /> $250 to the Broadmoor Neighborhood Association for motion activated lighting <br /> $250 to the San Leandro Arts Council <br /> <br /> $500 to the San Leandro Scholarship Foundation <br /> <br /> <br />
