The following is the projected construction timeline; <br />Award Contract Spring, 2009 <br />Begin Construction July, 2009 or anytime alterAward Contract if PG&E pole has been relocated <br />End Construction November, 2009 <br />AssumptionslCity Responsibilities <br />• All work billed on an hourly basis shall be pre-approved by the City prior to proceeding. <br />• Software compatibility: All deliverables will be provided in both electronic and hard copy format. Electronic files <br />shall be in Microsoft Project, Word or Excel file format and provide on CD-ROM. Drawings shall be in AutoCAD <br />2006 format, <br />• All deliverables, reports, drawings, estimate shall become the property of the City of San Leandro. <br />• The information, surveys, documents, and all other services furnished by the City and the City's consultants and <br />contractors shalt be provided to KOA Corporation at City's expense. <br />• The City will provide services of a soils engineer or other consultants when such services are reasonably <br />necessary or required by the governing agency, including reports, test borings, test pits, percolation tests and <br />any other necessary operations for determining subsoil, with appropriate professional interpretation thereof. <br />• The City will prepare 'front-end' standard provisions for the construction contract. <br />• The City will receive construction bids, prepare the final construction contract and execute the contract with the <br />selected Contractor. <br />• The City will provide for any material and compaction tests, inspections, and reports, as necessary for project <br />construction. <br />Consulting Services Agreement between May 12~, 2008 <br />City of San Leandro and KOA Corporation--Exhibit A Page 18 <br />
