SECTION 12. Section 4-5-250 of the City of San Leandro Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: 4-2-250 A eal. Any person who has been denied a permit pursuant to Section 4-5-225, or has had his or her permit revoked pursuant to Section 4-5-240, may appeal that decision to the City Council in accordance with the appeal procedure set forth in Title 1, Chapter 9 of this Code. SECTION 13. Chapter 4-6 of the City of San Leandro Municipal Code is hereby amended by the addition of a new Section 4-6-510, to read as follows: 4-6-510 Alternative Remedies. Notwithstanding Sections 4-6-400 and 4-6-500, any violations of Subsection 4-6- 400 (a), or any other of the provisions of this Chapter are expressly deemed and declared to be a public nuisance, and maybe abated in the manner provided by Chapter 1-12. SECTION 14. Section 4-$-320 of the City of San Leandro Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: 4-8-320 Violation. In addition to the revocation of a license pursuant to Section 4-8-235, any violation of the provisions of this Chapter may be abated in the manner provided by Chapter 1-12. For the purposes of enforcement, each sale of goods, wares, or merchandise as were not inventoried and described in said original applications shall constitute a separate offense under this Chapter. SECTION 15. Section 4-11-680 of the City of San Leandro Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: 4-11-680 Criminal Penalties. In addition to the penalties prescribed by Section 4-11-665, any person violating the provisions of this Article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined or imprisoned as provided in Section 1-12-200 of this Code. SECTION lb. Section 4-11-1000 of the City of San Leandro Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: 4-11-1000 Violations.
