3. The Consultant shall receive from the Contractor and forward to the City, for the City's <br />review and records, written warranties and related documents required by the Contract <br />Documents and assembled and submitted by the Contractor. <br />4. The Consultant shall review construction-phase related LEED documentation and once <br />all documentation has been uploaded to the LEED website by the responsible parties, <br />submit the construction-phase credits to the USGBC for review. Consultant shall <br />disseminate for response any LEED construction-phase credit review comments to the <br />party responsible for each credit requiring clarification, collect those responses for <br />resubmission, and resubmit to USGBC for a final total credit score and project <br />certification evaluation. <br />5. The Consultant shall complete and distribute the project punch list within a timely <br />manner from the City's request for inspection in either MSWord or Excel format. <br />6. The Consultant shall inspect the work to determine whether the punchlist items have been <br />completed and make recommendations to the City whether such items are in <br />conformance with the Construction Documents. <br />7. The Consultant shall provide the City with a digital copy of the CAD drawings for the <br />project and which shall include changes generated by the architect during construction as <br />well as changes provided on the contractor as-built markups. <br />3.0 ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />Additional Services include any work not specifically described in Article 2, Basic <br />Services. Additional Services shall be authorized by and approved by the City in writing <br />prior to such services being provided. Additional services are not included in Basic <br />Services, and shall be paid for by the City as provided in this Agreement, in addition to <br />compensation for Basic Services. <br />Additional Service includes, but is not limited to: <br />1. Review of more than 1 initial and 2 re-submittals of any single submittal. <br />2. Additional work required of the Consultant due to the substantial default of the <br />Contractor or for the correction of substantial non-conforming work by the <br />Contractor or others. <br />3. Additional site visits beyond the number indicated under Basic Services. <br />4. Work performed by the Consultant beyond the time for performance stipulated for <br />each phase under Basic Services and which would not have been otherwise been <br />required were the contractor complied with the original schedule <br />CSA between City of San Leandro and Group 4 Architecture Project No. 06-210-18-116 <br />San Leandro Senior Center -Phase 2 Exhibit A Page 20 <br />
