Regular Meeting Item 1: Roll Call Present: Planning Commissioners Abero, Brannan, Finberg, Ponder, Vice-Chair Dlugosh (serving as Acting Chair). Absent: Commissioner Collier, Chair Reed. Staff: Kathleen Livermore, Secretary to the Planning Commission; Philip Millenbah, Senior Planner; Sally Barros, Senior Planner; Richard (Rich) Pio Roda, Assistant City Attorney; Larry Ornellas, Facilities Coordinator; Barbara Templeton, Recording Secretary. Consultant: Michael Kay, EIP Associates/PBS&J. Stephanie Stuart, who served San Leandro as Assistant City Attorney for the past few years, came to say "a proper goodbye" to the Planning Commission and staff. Previously with the Meyers Nave law firm, she has joined the San Francisco City Attorney's Office, where her responsibilities include handling some of the legal issues involving San Francisco's transit organizations. She also wanted to make "a proper introduction" of Richard Pio Roda, who has succeeded her in the San Leandro Assistant City Attorney's role. A senior associate with the law firm of Meyers Nave in Oakland for the past four years, he has what she described as a "tremendous amount of experience advising public entities." Mr. Pio Roda, who received his law degree from the University of San Francisco, has experience in matters relating to government ethics, public contracting, municipal governance, land use, planning, real estate, corporate transactions, election, taxation and education law. Acting Chair Dlugosh thanked Ms. Stuart for her service and her comments. Item 2: Public Comments None.
